A brand new open-research collection from Dr Alice Tilche (University of Leicester School of Museum Studies) has been published on the Leicester Research Archive
It is a collection of theatre performances presented by artists and filmmakers from the Budhan Theatre, filmed in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, largely in lockdown conditions.
There are two full seasons, season 1 focuses on the experiences of the Chhara DNT (to India’s ‘ex-criminal’ DeNotified Tribes) community and season 2 features voices from DNT communities across the country.
The collections include films, songs, stories, and much more.
