Towards ethical testimonies of sexual violence during conflict
These resources have been developed by Professor Nayanika Mookherjee (Anthropology, Durham University) in collaboration with Research Initiatives Bangladesh (RIB) based on her publications.They constitute a valuable resource for researchers in these difficult sensitive areas. It provides a set of guidelines, a graphic novel and an animation film outlining how to ethically record testimonies of sexual violence.

Mozambique Conflict Observatory- Cabo Ligado — or ‘connected cape’. A new website from ACLED in association with Zitamar News and Mediafax which aims to monitor levels and trends of political violence in Mozambique and to provide weekly updates of data and visualisations. There is a dashboard with mapping and descriptions of events.
Digital Verification Corps
The Digital Verification Corps is a network of volunteers from 6 universities worldwide trained to verify social media videos and photos of potential human rights violations. The website includes a report documenting police violence during the American Black Lives Matters protests.
