The Blue Book collection (1946-1994) is a great factual resource for tracing diplomatic missions to the UN.
The Blue Book is a list of the representatives of Member States to the United Nations. The official title of the New York edition is “Permanent Missions to the United Nations”, but it is better known by its popular title due to its colour.
There is also a real-time version of the current Blue Book which is regularly updated.
