The Missing Migrants Project from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) documents reported cases of deaths or missing people in international migration since 2014.
Causes include inadequate search and rescue operations, harsh conditions during journeys, lack of health care, and violence at and around international borders.
It includes accounts of specific cases, voices of families as well as statistical data.
