Ukraine Conflict Monitor has been expanded and updated by ACLED.
There is now free access to real-time information and analysis on the war, including an interactive map of the latest data from the start of the invasion onward, a curated data file, and weekly situation updates. The Monitor is designed to help researchers and now includes reviews and analysis of the past year.
Also just launched, the ACLED Conflict Alert System (CAST) an early warning tool which forecasts political violence events up to six months in the future for a large number of countries worldwide. The tool predicts the ACLED battles, explosions/remote violence, and violence against civilians event types at the country and subnational level, in addition to producing an overall global forecast. New predictions are published each month for the following six months, alongside accuracy metrics for previous forecasts.
