Global registry of oil and gas reserves, provides access in one place to production and emissions with data for more than 50,000 fields.
Launched by Carbon Tracker Initiative, with data support from Global Energy Monitor, the Global Registry also received initial support from France, Sweden, Luxembourg and Nauru at COP26 in Glasgow.
Visualisations also include sections on
- comparisons of emissions in the supply chain across different producing countries
- a variety of future possible scenarios and consideration of how fossil fuel production fits into the global economy
