Yes according to a new report Redefining criminality published by the Centre for Crime and Justice Studies which considers public attitudes to corporate and individual offending. It found that the majority of the population considered fraud by bankers and firms more serious than shoplifting. The study was based on a YouGov survey which sampled 1,745 adults from Great Britain over the 4th and 5th January 2016.

For the USA The National White Collar Crime Center conducts surveys every 5 years. They include a section on public perceptions of the seriousness of crime.
European Social survey has data and responses to questions relating to public perceptions of different kinds of crime and levels of trust in the police and criminal justice systems.
