Corporate Equality Index is the USA national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT employees. It is prepared by Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
The website also contains a searchable database of employers which has data on employment policies and practices pertaining to LGBT employees. In the UK similar information is compiled by Stonewall which has a list of top 100 employers.
