The association for auditors ABC and BPA around the world, has launched a free online database that provides headline circulation data for newspapers from 34 countries for the first time. This contains circulation data for key national newspapers for the last couple of years, allowing broad trends in circulation to be tracked.
The website also has a useful research guide on how to find country level data. This links to the website of the appropriate authority. http://ifabc.org/data/country-specific-circulation-data
