The long awaited site combines a number of existing sources from UNBIS net in a more user friendly and mobile friendly format.
It runs on innovative open-source technology developed by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) and is a result of the successful collaboration between the Dag Hammarskjöld Library at UN Headquarters and the sister library at the UN Office in Geneva. Free access to speeches, reports and more. Combines many services previously available via UNBISnet. This includes:
- the voting records for all resolutions which were adopted – either without a vote or by roll-call or recorded vote – by the General Assembly beginning with its 1st session (1946-) and the Security Council beginning with its 1st year (1946- )
- Citations to speeches made in the General Assembly beginning with its 38th session (1983-), in the Security Council beginning with its 38th year (1983-), in the Economic and Social Council beginning in 1983 and tin he Trusteeship Council beginning with its 15th special session (1982).
