Foreign Aid Explorer (US)
USAID has developed a new tool which aims to increase aid transparency in relation to US historical foreign aid. The Foreign Aid Explorer reports comprehensive, aggregate historical (1946-2000) and disaggregated (2001-present) obligation and disbursement data on more than 20 U.S. Government agencies implementing foreign assistance. It is possible to construct easy visual reports.
