For those interested in industrial and labour history a collection of over 50 images relating to the 1980s strike have been added to the People’s Collection of Wales.
They include LGBT Support group leaflets.
If you have not explored this site before it is a great project supported by the Government of Wales which provides free access to digitised images from many of the major libraries, museum and smaller heritage organisations where you can find historic maps, images and digitised resources.
It is possible to browse themed galleries including politics, social history or consult the teaching section which has lesson plans arranged by grade.
