Released in September by the Office of the High Representative for Least Developed Countries. It reviews the progress made in development for 48 countries. It focuses specifically on the eight priority areas of the Istanbul Programme of Action (IPoA) for the Least Developed Countries for the Decade 2011-2020. It maps the goals, targets and actions of the IPoA with the SDGs, focusing on means of implementation. Furthermore it looks at how the implementation of the SDGs in LDCs can be fostered.
