A new initiative of the European Journalism Observatory in partnership with the Media Development Centre in Tunisia, the new AJO will focus on Arab nations, providing a portal to news, research and resources on the media and journalism standards in these regions. This will include coverage of media industry, media industry, press freedom, censorship. The site is currently offered in Arabic only. There are plans to introduce French language text.
