The 2016 indicators have recently been released by Global Integrity. They cover rule of law, accountability, elections, public management, civil service integrity, access to information and openness. It is possible to se country files and view the methodology.
Other useful indicators on this topic include:
- The Ibrahim Index of African Governance which is up to date to 2015
- WorldWide Governance indicators from the World Bank which cover 215 economies over the period 1996–2014
