Women on Boards Third Annual Report released
This 3rd annual report into women on boards shows progress in achieving the target of target of 25% of women on all FTSE100 board by 2015.
Cranfield University publish Female FTSE annual reports giving data and analysis on female members of FTSE boards. All issues from 2005 onwards can be downloaded free of charge from their website.
Other good sources for data on women and management include:
- the 30% Club which is seeking 30% representation on boards. Its most recent research Cracking the Code examines the science of how women succeed and what can be done to encourage them. It also has a list of further readings which highlights other key reports.
- The Fawcett Society has published reports on women in the workplace and regularly comments on current news stories.
- The ILO also produces regular gender audits. Look at their website for statistics and reports.
