This week a major conference of EU leaders discussed youth unemployment in Europe see EU papers, news and report on youth employment in Europe

Also on this theme a recent paper in the open access journal Demographic research Youth prospects in a time of economic recession

 IPPR has also published a report this week considering youth unemployment and its
link with education and training.

In terms of the UK NEETS data for youth not in education, work or training from the UK government and the Office for National Statistics website
