Based at the Center for the Americas, Vanderbilt University. Offers access to polls with citizen views on political and social topics. Many can be downloaded free of charge.
Established in 2005 by the Institute for Social Research, University of Michigan. Free access to surveys of citizen’s political attitudes in a number of Arab states including Palestine, Jordan and Morocco.

International project to map changing world attitudes. Get results and reports from 1981 onwards. Includes national and international mappings of cultural attitudes and happiness levels (service down when I checked it).
