A few key reports covering the UK have been published this week. The Business, Innovations and Skills Committee has published a 3 volume report on women in the workplace: HC 342. This covers a wide range of issues including pay, equality discrimination. Also this week the Conservative women’s forum published a report “Executive Women in the Workplace Inquiry: Building the Executive Pipeline of Talent”.
This inquiry investigated and made recommendation on how the number of women top executive board members could be increased.
