UNESCO publications on open access
Get free access to high quality publications from UNESCO which has a agreed a new open access policy. Starting from July 2013, hundreds of downloadable digital UNESCO publications will be available to users through a new Open Access Repository with a multilingual interface.
There are already a large number of UNESCO documents that you can download from the UNESDOC website; go to the advanced search form and choose full text to see those in full text.
Some good examples of key UNESCO titles which you might find relevant are the Education for ALL report series which tracks progress towards education access and literacy worldwide.
It also has a communication section which covers Internet access, privacy and freedom of expression and journalism. See some key titles on the website
