This exciting, interactive whole-day event will give you the opportunity to share your views and experiences about authenticity and pulque / acarajé / flaounes / Welsh cider. It will also be an opportunity to visit the picturesque Aberstwyth and the internationally acclaimed National Library of Wales.

Cost?
As this project is funded by the AHRC, a number of generous travel budget, has been allocated to cover your travel and overnight accommodation expenses to Aberstwyth. Complementary refreshments and lunch will be offered on the day.
What will happen if you agree to take part?
You will be invited to attend the collaborators’ workshop, in May 16th, 2015 at the National Library of Wales. During the event you will be asked to participate in group discussion and other guided activities aimed at eliciting your views and experiences on the past, present and future production, distribution, consumption and significance of pulque / acarajé / flaounes / Welsh cider and on the factors that make these foods and drinks ‘authentic’.
