The New Luciad – A Student Anthology of Creative Work – is calling for submissions for the 2013-14 publication. All students currently studying at The University of Leicester are eligible to submit work. We are happy to consider all creative writing including: plays, short stories, poetry, flash fiction and extracts from novels, as well as works of creative non-fiction (such as travel writing and reportage), artwork and photography.
Submissions:
Prose – no more than 3000 words
Poetry – no more than 100 lines
Artwork/photography – no more than five pieces
Submissions should be sent in a separate Word document, double spaced and in a font size no smaller than 11. Participants may submit in all three categories if they wish. They may also submit several pieces within each category providing the total limit isn’t exceeded.
