I’m just getting started in my new job as manager of Leicester Research Archive.
I plan to use this blog as a companion as I learn about digital preservation, the open access political landscape and the workflows and technologies of open access archiving of research publications and in the future the data behind the publications.
As well as learning what is already happening and what is planned here at Leicester, I’ve been to a number of meetings and I expect a number of my first posts here will be summaries of what I’ve been to recently and some musings.
