About

“How can you be a medical leader when you’ve just started working as a doctor?” That’s the question that we’re trying to answer at Medical Leadership in the Foundations – the blog curated by the University of Leicester’s Honorary Fellows in Leadership and Management.

We’re junior doctors with a significant portion of our timetable dedicated to implementing, evaluating, and reimagining projects in healthcare management as well as undertaking the Mary Seacole programme and taking a PG Cert. We’ll be blogging about our successes and our set-backs, our innovations and other people’s ideas, learning from the hospital and learning from the classroom.
