But some are struggling to provide an accurate picture of their gender pay gap and not enough are providing a meaningful narrative to explain their gap, or developing an action plan to close it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;background: white\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><a href=\"https:\/\/iea.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Pay-Gap-Reporting-2019-FINAL.pdf\">IEA also found significant problems with the way the data is reported<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;background: white\">The <span style=\"color: windowtext\"><a href=\"https:\/\/researchbriefings.parliament.uk\/ResearchBriefing\/Summary\/SN07068\">House of Commons Library produced a briefing in November 2018<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Though things are slowly improving at the University of Leicester, the media has reported that gap in wages between men and women is widening.
