Progress has been made but still a lot remains to be done to achieve the target.<\/p>\n<p>Also released this week\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inclusiveboards.co.uk\/tech-report-launch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Inclusive Tech report\u00a0<\/a>which revealed women make up just 12.6% of board members and 16.6% of senior executives.<br \/>\nBAME individuals both men and women are significantly under represented.<\/p>\n<p>View the background to this in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/news\/lord-davies-ftse-350-boards-should-be-33-female-by-2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Davies reports on Women on Boards<\/a>\u00a0which aimed to achieve the 25% of women on all FTSE 100 boards by 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.equalityhumanrights.com\/legal-and-policy\/our-legal-work\/inquiries-and-assessments\/inquiry-recruitment-and-appointment-practices-company-boards\/women-boards-inquiry-report-findings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Equality and Human Rights Commission review progress on women on FTSE boards<\/a>\u00a0noted of these Between 2010-2015 FTSE 350 boards with women rose from 9.5 \u2013 21.5%, however men still held 78% of FTSE director roles in 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other useful sources\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nCranfield University publish\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.som.cranfield.ac.uk\/som\/ftse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Female FTSE annual reports<\/a>\u00a0giving data and analysis on female members of FTSE boards.\u00a0 All issues from 2005 onwards can be downloaded \u00a0free of charge from their website.<br \/>\nOther good sources for data on women and management include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.30percentclub.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">30% Club<\/a>\u00a0which is seeking 30% representation on boards worldwide.\u00a0 It has a useful collection of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/30percentclub.org\/resources\/research-articles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">links to reports<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fawcettsociety.org.uk\/issue\/the-economy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fawcett Society<\/a>\u00a0has published reports on women in the workplace and regularly comments on current news stories.\u00a0 It has recently<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fawcettsociety.org.uk\/news\/fawcett-launches-equal-pay-advice-service-as-research-reveals-1-in-3-workers-are-unaware-of-rights\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0launched an Equal Pay advice service<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ilo.org\/gender\/lang--en\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The\u00a0ILO<\/a>\u00a0also produces regular gender audits.
