The OECD website has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oecd.org\/development\/financing-sustainable-development\/\">data on this <\/a>and some discussion and data on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oecd.org\/dac\/dac-global-relations\/chinas-development-co-operation.htm\">role increasingly played by China<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe <a href=\"http:\/\/china.aiddata.org\/\">China Aid Data <\/a>website is monitoring data and has developments and visualizations. You can search by projects.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sais-cari.org\/data-chinese-foreign-aid-to-africa\/\">China Africa Research Initiative <\/a>from Johns Hopkins University was established in 2014 and collects information on investment, aid and Chinese involvement in all sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Other sources of reports on the role of China include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdb.com.cn\/English\/ywgl\/zhjryw\/zffzjjyxgs\/\">China Development Bank <\/a>&#8211; which has some information in English<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfr.org\/backgrounder\/china-africa\">Council on Foreign Relations<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rand.org\/pubs\/research_reports\/RR905.html\">The Rand Corporation <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/blog\/order-from-chaos\/2016\/07\/11\/setting-the-record-straight-on-chinas-engagement-in-africa\/\">Brookings Institution<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The African Development Bank also has some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afdb.org\/fileadmin\/uploads\/afdb\/Documents\/Publications\/Working%20129.pdf\">earlier papers <\/a>on the aid effectiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>China has become\u00a0 the biggest donor of aid to Africa- read more about the background in this interesting article from the Conversation.
