Coordinated by Promundo and UN Women, in collaboration with local research partners, the results offer insights into their lives, expectations and aspirations.\u00a0 It includes coverage of how they see the role of women, the incidence of gender based violence, division of domestic labour, women\u2019s safety in public areas and comparisons of the well-being of the different sexes.<\/p>\n<p>Results can be downloaded by country or in multinational findings.<\/p>\n<p>Other useful sources of Gender equality data covering the Middle East include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>World Bank <a href=\"http:\/\/datatopics.worldbank.org\/gender\/\">Gender data portal<\/a> which pulls together statistics from UN and World Bank sources.
