The report reviews progress made and ranks OECD nations. The UK is currently listed as 13<\/span><sup><span style=\"color: #000000\">th<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"color: #000000\"> in 2015.\u00a0 At the top of the ranking are Iceland, Sweden and Norway.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Also on this topic this week the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.publications.parliament.uk\/pa\/cm201617\/cmselect\/cmwomeq\/963\/96302.htm\"><span style=\"color: #0563c1\">UK government released its official response<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0to a 2016 special report on the Gender Pay Gap published by The Women and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications.parliament.uk\/pa\/cm201516\/cmselect\/cmwomeq\/584\/58402.htm\"><span style=\"color: #0563c1\">Equalities Committee<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Other useful resources on Gender pay gaps include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ilo.org\/global\/about-the-ilo\/newsroom\/news\/WCMS_457267\/lang--en\/index.htm\">ILO data and reports on unequal gender access to the labour market<\/a><\/li>\n<li>World Economic Forum\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/reports.weforum.org\/global-gender-gap-report-2016\/\">Global Gender Gap report<\/a> which examines health, education, economy and politics.
