This allows users to save time whilst staying informed. Here is how you can quickly set up your RSS feeds to know when new content is posted on Cardiovascular News and Views:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/\">https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/<\/a> and click on \u201cSubscribe\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSSstep1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-30\" src=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSSstep1-260x300.jpg\" alt=\"RSSstep1\" width=\"260\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSSstep1-260x300.jpg 260w, https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSSstep1.jpg 393w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Choose how you prefer to receive your notifications from the dropdown menu and you can click on \u201calways use Choose Application\u2026 to subscribe to feeds\u201d (the name of the application will change once you have clicked on one) if you want to use the same every time. If you choose Microsoft Outlook, you will receive updates via your personal information manager and if you choose Live Bookmarks (make sure you are using Firefox in that case), the updates will appear on the top section of your browser, for example.<a href=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-31\" src=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-2-300x130.jpg\" alt=\"RSS step 2\" width=\"300\" height=\"130\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-2-300x130.jpg 300w, https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-2.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">In this example, I chose \u201cLive Bookmarks\u201d and then clicked \u201cSubscribe Now\u201d. A new window opened and I selected \u201cBookmarks Toolbar\u201d and then clicked \u201cSubscribe\u201d. I chose not to change the name, but you can if you want to.<a href=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-3a.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-32\" src=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-3a-300x119.jpg\" alt=\"RSS step 3a\" width=\"300\" height=\"119\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-3a-300x119.jpg 300w, https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-3a.jpg 826w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>That\u2019s it, all done! You can confirm by going to the Bookmarks button on the top right corner of your browser (next to the star), then select \u201cBookmarks Toolbar\u201d, \u201cView Bookmarks Toolbar\u201d and Cardiovascular News and Views should be there, displaying the most recent posts on the right.<a href=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-33\" src=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-4-300x159.jpg\" alt=\"RSS step 4\" width=\"300\" height=\"159\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-4-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/staffblogs.le.ac.uk\/cvs\/files\/2014\/09\/RSS-step-4.jpg 612w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>3b. If you prefer, select Microsoft Outlook instead, then click \u201cSubscribe Now\u201d. It will open and a window will pop up.
